I went to Paul Whitcombe’s Law office in Dixon Illinois some time in March of 2026 to seek help for retrieving my Child from Whitney Nicole Blanco ( Townsend ). Specifically, it was to work with the Odyssey Legal System to submit a modification ( termination ) to the Temporary Legal Guardianship papers that Aaron and I signed on December 23rd to Chris Schouten and Luke Schouten.
Paul Whitcombe came out of his office carrying a puppy which I thought was a rabbit due to my myopia which I don’t address using prescription glasses. We sat down for the consultation and he neither declared the DCFS paperwork as legal nor non-legal and simply advised that I needed to write out a termination notification in front of him and send it to Chris Schouten ( who was still alive at that time ) or Pastor Luke.
I immediately sent an electronic copy to Pastor Luke who replied and said that I needed to send the slip of paper to Whitney. I used the United States Postal Service and immediately put the paper in an envelope as well as sent an empty box to the Townsend’s PO Box in Huntsville, Arkansas. The paper note went to Whitney’s plantation in Huntsville.
Not too much longer, Whitney files public legal documents with Judge Threet and Judge Egan in Huntsville, Arkansas using their semi-public legal system ( http://caseinfo.arcourts.gov ) with confidentiality. She never acknowledged receipt of the paperwork and in fact publicly denied seeing it in writing whilst filing her own paperwork with the help of a paid attorney.
Later, I drove from Morrison Illinois to Huntsville Arkansas to hand deliver the original paperwork signed on December 2025 and terminated in March 2026 ( without Paul’s advised handwritten note ) to Huntsville Arkansas Police.
I ended up receiving a refund check from Paul Whitcombe’s Law Office: most likely ordered from his wife by my request for the ineffective paper note written and cut out from my notebook using a fabric rotary cutter. I can’t help but wonder if Paul had come to pay more attention to my:
